Building sidewalks on Nathan Hanavi and Shmuel Hanavi streets

It has been more than three months since the construction of the sidewalks on Nathan Hanavi and Shmuel Hanavi began.
Residents are complaining that they are tired of the dust and discomfort. The work is noisy and the cars parked on the sides of the street obstruct traffic and access to apartments. This is made worse by tractors in the street.

The Mercaz Mischari in gimmel 2 has seen a decrease in customers because people cannot reach their destination because of the chaos of construction.

Natan hanavi and Shmuel hanavi are dead end streets. There are schools located at the entrance to the streets. From the schools until the dead end there is still construction.

Residents of these streets wonder how they were given the tofes 4 to inhabit this land two years ago before sidewalks were laid. This is a lack of good planning by the agents in charge of this work.
