Israel’s winter will officially begin overnight Saturday (October 30th) -Sunday (October 31st) as clocks turn back one hour, marking the end of daylight saving time. At 2 a.m. overnight Saturday-Sunday, Israelis need to wind their clocks back to 1 a.m. again.
Sunrise and sunset will be about 1 hour earlier on Oct 31, 2021, than the day before. There will be more light in the morning.
